Dear Partners,
We would like to inform you that HSA-500W and HSA-500L1 models will be EOS by 30 July 2024. The replacement models (HSA-520V and HSA-520R) are of higher specs and performance, and will be available for sale from 01 Feb 2024, and the first shipment will start from 1st April 2024.
Please see attached hardware comparison between the EOS and NEW models. Pricing will be shared with you in a separate email.
RansNet is committed to support you with a seamless transition and open up new opportunities with the new enhanced models.
- For customers with active support contracts/warranty, customers can continue to renew until 30 July 2025 or until the current term contract expires, and RansNet will provide below support
- Software support: firmware update, new feature upgrades, security patches, bug fixes, etc
- Hardware RMA: exchange or replace with new HSA-520V/R at no extra cost
- For customers with expired contract/warranty, customers can renew/recontract (renewal will be backdated) until 30 July 2025, and will be supported with the same arrangement as active customers.
- For existing projects that are under term contracts, or still in bidding process (promotion/proposal/pricing already released but not awarded yet), RansNet will provide below support:
- Continue to supply HSA-520W/L1 if the awarded contract requires, and these will be supported with the same arrangement as active customers.
- OR Supply replacement models (HSA-520V/R) in agreement with customers, at no extra cost (need proof that the quotes are provided to customers before EOS date).
